BSides Belgrade is a community-driven information cybersecurity conference created by and for the infosec community.
Privacy Policy
BSides Belgrade respects your privacy. The information you provide when registering for the event is not disclosed to any third parties except where necessary to fulfill our obligations to you — specifically to host and deliver the BSides Belgrade event.
The personal details you provide to BSides Belgrade (which may include your name, email address, and other registration data) are used solely to:
- Register you for the event
- Provide access to platforms required for event participation
- Keep you informed about event logistics, updates, and announcements
Your personal data is stored on selected cloud-based platforms that allow BSides Belgrade to communicate with you and deliver the event. Personal data is not shared or used for any other purpose unless required by law.
When Do We Contact You?
BSides Belgrade may contact you:
- Regarding any services, activities, or event content you have signed up for.
- In response to correspondence you send us
- Regarding any contribution you make to BSides Belgrade (such as posts, mentions, or other content related to the event)
- To invite you to participate in an after-event survey about BSides Belgrade
Data Retention
How long we keep your data: We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to deliver the current year’s event and the after-event survey. We do not retain personal information from previous years, nor do we carry it over into future events. After the after-event survey is completed, the personal data collected for that year is deleted.
